Forecast Consumption Rule H in E9.1

Hi

We are working in E9.1 and trying to setup forecast consumption by customer record for our planning process. We have uploaded the forecast records with customer number (Forecast type FC) in F3460 and ran R3482 in gross regeneration  with F3111/12/13 delete option.

After running R3482 successfully, the MPS system has not generated any planned message for the forecasted records and has also deleted the uploaded forecast records from F3460. I'm not sure why the deletion of F3460 records after R3482 run ? I tried to run R3482 again without F3111/12/13 option, still system has deleted those uploaded records from F3460.
