My Oracle Support’s PowerView.  This feature enables you to filter information located on three tabs (Dashboard, Knowledge, and Service Requests) using a variety of different attributes.  You have the capability to create multiple PowerViews each having the ability to display targeted information.  This feature has superhero gripping powers simply by defining filters that will either display or exclude attributes.   

Oh! What a tangled web we weave as there are a few nuances you'll need to know about PowerViews.
•    If you use the configuration manager, more advanced PowerView options are available.
•    Not all regions respond to all possible PowerViews.  Make sure you glance at the filter bar in a region to see which attributes of the current
