Plus "+" sign missing in fornt of DG names

I work in a huge DBA team and once and while some DBA ends up forgetting the + sign in front of the DG name when adding new tablespace datafiles or changing the archivelog destination.
This causes the file to be created directly to the $ORACLE_HOME/dbs directory which causes huge trouble on RAC environments once the datafile becomes invisible to the other nodes...

I wonder if there is any possible way to prevent this from happening..
