PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0: Missing Message Schemas for Delivered CI-Based Web Services

We are running PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0, PeopleTools 8.51.

In reviewing the following delivered CI-based web services, it appears that most of the message schemas are missing (because when I click the Schema tab on the Message page, no schema is displayed and the "Add Schema" button is displayed) and I am wondering why that is and if there is a way to generate the schemas.  There may be other CI-based web services in this same situation, but for now I am just focusing on these.
CI-Based Service
CI_SSF_ACCOUNT_STATUS_CI
CI_SSF_BI_INVOICE_CI
CI_FA_INFORMATION
