US PAY: Question on Year end 2012 Patches

Apps 12.0.6.
Customer getting ready to apply year end patches for 2012. According to oracle support we need to apply base line patch number: 13774477
The Oracle HRMS Release Update Pack 10 for 12.0 (R12.HR_PF.A.DELTA.10). We need help on identifying pre-requisite patches for this Update Pack 10 for 12.0
Please note that we haven't applied Release 12.0 End of Year 2011 Phase 3. Due to some internal re-orgnization and staffing issue we miss to apply 2011 phase 3 patches.
We did apply the base line for 2011 Patch 10281209 - R12.HR_PF.A.DELTA.9 (R12.0 HRMS RUP 9)
I would like to know can we apply 2012 base patch HRMS Release Update Pack 10 for 12.0 (R12.HR_PF.A.DELTA.10) without apply Year End 2011 phase 3 patch?
