SR Type Attributes - concurrent programs

Does anyone have the navigation path to run 'Sync SR Type to iSupport Template' & 'Sync SR Attribute Listname to iSupport' concurrent programs? I have confirmed that both are enabled but I expected to run each single request under the seeded Service or Customer Support responsibilities. I am not finding them there.
We are on 11.5.10.2 RUP7.
Any suggestions?

Is there some way to check where a program is available without opening the responsibility?
