TXP Line Generation from Tax Processing Systems

I am trying to figure out how to best generate the TXP lines for CTX payments that would need to be included in the payment to the tax entities from external tax processing systems (such as Corp Tax or Vertex Returns) as these systems do not store the TXP information in the system.  These tax processing systems will provide a flat file, but not the TXP data.  This TXP information must be included in the Oracle payment remittance.  Any assistance that you might be able to provide me is much appreciated.
