Unable to query from the PA_STATUS_EI_V views

Hi ,I am trying to query from the the PA_STATUS_EI_V through the SQl prompt.I am unable to query the same.I have run the fnd_global.apps_initialize using the project responsibilities but stil it does not return any rows. Any help on this would be great.
