Problem accessing attachments in Agile after upgrading system to 9.3.1.2 version

 We occasionally get "Internet Explorer can not display the webpage" error on accessing file attachments in Agile. This problem was introduced after we upgraded the system to 9.3.1.2 version. The problem goes away after we clear internet cache. However, it does resurface for unknown reasons. Anyone faced this issue? If yes, what resolved it permanently?
