How to check short component in a job line wise

Dear All,

I am facing issue at the time of job complition.If any component is not avilable at line at the time of complition how to check that particular item which is actully short.

Example Item x

Bom                   Onhand (Subinv)

a 10 pcs          12

b  5 pcs           5

c   20Pcs        10

d  15 Pcs        12

I am unable to complete job and i need to check each and every item.How i can check it line wise.
