Lead Time Calculation

Hi All,
I am new to Oracle Inventory and I am trying to understand Re-Order Point and Lead Time Demand in the Reorder Point Report. Can anyone tell me how the Lead Time Demand is calculated in this report.

Additional details: Bucket Weeks, Date 04 Sep 12, Number of buckets is 2, Current Quantity 200.
