API for Customer Migration to CRM Contact Center

Hi,
We have a requirement related to Oracle Field Service module, where we want to use different customers on Bill To and Ship To addresses on the Service Request. Currently the LOV allows only those customers in the address tab for whom a relationship exists in the CRM contact center. So to use different customers in Bill to and Ship To, we need to define the relationship between them in CRM contact center. As we have a large number of customers, it is very difficult to define that information manually. Also, the performance of the Contact Center Form is very slow.
