DST patches required for EM 11g ??

Hello,

 We are using Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Release 1 Grid Control . I am new to this environment, however, my colleague updated me that he faced 1 Hr delay for EM jobs scheduled while DST change before.My question is do we need to apply any DST patch at database /agent or OMS level ? I checked some metalink notes but i found only DST patch information regarding Grid 10G.
