10_Recommended_CPU_2012-01 installation failed at patch ID 118666-34 & 118833-36 ,

Hi,

We have performed patching on10 1/06 s10s_u1wos_19a SPARC server got OS corrupted when two patches 118666-34 & 118833-36 failed, at next when we remove these patches from patch_order list so patching completed successfully,  

error above patch Backing out patch

any additional info so we can prevent the OS by corruption at patching time on other Servers .  Thanks ......
