"£" being converted to upside down "?" and causing footer to over type

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had come across this issue where a "£" is being changed to an inverted "?" and causing the footer to display incorrectly when the symbol appears in the Line description of a PO Print?

Any help appreciated.
