Is JKD 1.6 update 35 certified with Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.5 and EBusiness Suites  r12.1.3?

Support examined the certification page and found the following:

"Management and Developement Tools"
"Oracle JDK"
"Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 is certified with Oracle JDK 1.6.0_10+ on specific Operating Systems. (Windows 32bit 2008 and 2003)
