Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. patch 13019389, we are unable to relink FNDXIT.dll.

After applying patch 13019389, we are unable to relink FNDXIT.dll. It failed during the relinking phase and again when a separate adadmin session was run to relink FNDXIT.dll.the log file is uploaded to https://support.us.oracle.com/oip/faces/filedownloadservlet?ObjectType=SR&ObjectNo=3-6161859111&FileName=adrelink.log
