Error encountered applying patch 12860320 - 11i Diagnostics XML Files Sep-2011

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Tried applying patch 12860320 to update XML files used by diagnostic tests within EBS but adpatch failed.

I got the following errors:

AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'izu html MRPPatchList.xml'

AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'izu html MSCAPSPatchList.xml'
