Issue with PO printing using PDF

Purchasing Super User > Purchase Order Summary then query a purchase order (say for example number 12), then on the menu bar go to Inquire > View Document

The screen would say "Error: System failed to generate the PDF document. Please contact your system administrator"

Where can I locate the log file to check for error?

genDoc() : Exceptionjava.lang.Exception: Error while generating PDF :/HDDATA/xml_tmp/xdoEBmwyQrsdY090512_0734410530.fo (No such file or directory)

rolling back the complete program

Is this because of environment variable setting issue? But, I am not sure which one? Please advice. Thank you very much.
