Migration of Reports and Users from BIP version 11.1.1.5 to BIP version 11.1.1.6

Dear All,
We are upgrading our BI Publisher version 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.6. Keep in mind that the installation is a stand alone installation but I cant migrate Users and Reports from old version to new. Need help on urgent basis....
