Promotional Payments Tab not displaying any values

Hi

I have setup accrual budget (accrue to customer), created SO which attracts this offer, shipped the SO, ran the Funds Accrual Engine. The Budget check book shows the correct entries but when I navigate to Claims -> Promotional Payments Tab and search for my customer I see nothing (no records even with search set to all)

I have followed the setup for Promotional Payments setup  as follows

Ran the OZF-TM : Refresh Materialized for Earnings

set all the Profile Options:-

  • MO: Default Operating Unit at Responsibility Level
  • OZF: Global Start Date (mm/dd/yyyy) - this needs to be a date eg 01/01/2010
