Salesrep Issue

hi,
i can use default sales rep but when we open sale order form  following error shown

Validation Failed For The Field - Sales Person

Example

i am using Multi Org. and profile options default sales person are set on User level

when  Use  OU 1 its working fine no error shown
when  Use  OU 2 then following error shown
