R12.1.3 Patch Levels for Order Management

Hi,

We are currently configuring a test R12 environment ahead of a re-implementation project however, we have been unable to identify a released patch set for OM at 12.1.3 despite extensive research.
Can you please confirm what the recommended patch set is for 12.1.3?
