Issue with data sync to PRE

HI,

Purchased products of account containing delayed events and monthly rental are not syncing to PRE. Hence getting this error

Customer has no valid products for account (22379612) at time (1359185340)

Checked the purchased_product, product, account, service timestamps, evrything looks fine.

In the dump, looks like purchased product information is not coming.

Can somebody  help.
