Not receiving the prompt window(open/save report) while launching the system reports

I have administrator privileges for FDM and while i'm launching system
reports i'm getting empty reports no prompt window is coming up and no data is
displaying.
FYI,I'm working on version 11.1.1.3.X. while launching these reports i found some comjnibridge.exe processes running in the back end, are these processes blocking the reports?
Here is the detail description regarding the issue,
Whenever i launch the system reports,getting new window and it is showing the message as processing please wait later that the message disappears but not getting the prompt window to save/open the reports. By this it seems that the report has generated in the back end but the user is not getting so i want to know what is/are blocking the reports and where all do i need to check to get any info regarding this issue?
