Please know that I tried to add this document to Enterprise Manager community, but it is not high lighted and so can't select it.

Spec: Windows 2008 r2, Oracle 11.2.0.2.

Problem: I am unable finish recreating Enterprise Manager.

Error: Bad or wrongly configured password file.

My solution:

Recreate password using orapwd file=%ORACLE_HOME%\database\pwd%SID%.ora ENTRIES=10

Example:

ORAPWD FILE=F:\Oracle_Prod\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\database\pwdAHRPROD.ora ENTRIES=10

After recreating the password, I was unable to add a user to the password and also not able to recreate Enterprise Manager.

Question - is it possible to create enterprise manager without SYSMAN and the password?  If so, how?  Here are my steps below:
