Charge Account is not Defaulted by Category in PO

Hi TeamMy requirement to auto-populate the charge of accounts at PO distribution level for the Item categories. I am working on R12.1.3 and already followed up below mentioned documents but at PO distribution level charge account not getting defaulted.I have cleared cache and re-logged in also.
Please help me out.
