Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Software Distribution for Oracle E-Business R12 Vision Database

I want to install the EBS Release 12 Vision Database on RHEL 64 bit. 

I selected Product Pack = "E-Business Suite" and Platform = "Linux x86-64"

On the eDelivery web site I see three options:

(1) Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 Media Pack for Linux x86-64-bit (51 gb)
(2) Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 Update Media Pack for Linux x86-64-bit (4.8 gb)
(3) Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 (with NLS Supplement) Media Pack for Linux x86-64-bit (71 gb)


I assume I want to download #1, but I want to know know more about the other two options.

Does anyone know what the "Update Media Pack" is for?
