Sales Online 11.5.10 - Duplicate Accounts display

In sales Online, search for a customer, click the Accounts link on the cue card on left.  In certain cases, the same account displays multiple times, even though the are not multiples of the ar.hz_cust_accounts record.  We suspect there must be a table join that is returning these duplicate rows.  It would be nice to have access to the SQL behind this page.
