How do I identify Projects Suite Recommended patches on top of R12.1.3 and R12.PJ_PJ.B.DELTA.5?

We are upgrading to R12.1.3 and we have applied R12.PJ_PJ.B.DELTA.5 that was release back in August.  How do I determine which patches are recommended on top of this patch set?

In Financials there is a document: EBS: R12.1 Oracle Financials Recommended Patch Collection (RPC) [ID 954704.1]”

Is there an equivalent doc for Projects?  I couldn't find one.  I also used the Patch Wizard with criteria "Not Included in Patchset" but the R12.PJ_PJ.B.DELTA.5 was not a choice.

Any advice would be appreciated!
