Can't startup upgrade after installed new 11.2.03 clusterware

I'm upgrading 11gR1 crs/asm/db to 11gR2 on linux.

I deconfigured 11gr2 crs and deinstalled 11gr1 crs.
Installed 11gR2 cluster without any error. Now i have problem of starting database.
From 11gr1,
[oracle@sso-ata12 db]$ bin/sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 11.1.0.7.0 - Production on Thu Sep 6 12:54:11 2012

Copyright (c) 1982, 2008, Oracle. All rights reserved.

Connected to an idle instance.

SQL> startup
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
ORA-01565: error in identifying file '+DISK01/test/spfiletest.ora_1240338939884'
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +DISK01/test/spfiletest.ora_1240338939884
ORA-15077: could not locate ASM instance serving a required diskgroup
ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Manager
