WEB BASED FORMS IN R12 DO NOT SHOW LAST UPDATE INFORMATION

Hi,

We have recently updated to 12.1.3 have the issue on the Web Based Forms you are unable to tell who updated the record last.  Does anyone know a resolution to this?
