No data in excel output using report manager

   Hi Folks,

  Oracle EBS Version - R12.1.3, Database Version - 10.2.0.4 

  I noticed a peculiar problem while running an FSG using "Report Manager", t just displays blank excel sheet (no sign of template or data) however when I run the same report in PDF format,  
  it displays data  just fine.

  Also, all other FSG reports are generated in excel output just fine except one. Did anyone experience a similar situation? Any thoughts or comments around this will be highly appreciated.
