How do I set up an additional warehouse to use as a production site?

Folks,

We are on release 11i with OPM. I have set up a new warehouse that was originally to be used as raw material receiving only. I set it up so we can transfer RM from it to our production warehouse. Both warehouses are under the same plant.

Now they want to actually do some assy in this warehouse. When I enter a batch ticket and chang ethe WIP warehouse to this new warehouse all the items on the material list are allocating from the old production warehouse and not from the new one. How do I get the batch ticket to recognize the warehouse I have put as the WIP warehouse and actually allocate from that wareouse? I will then want to yield to that warehouse too.
