ZFS issue on Solaris 11.11 installed on Vmware ESXi 5.1

Dear,I installed Solaris 11.11 on Vmware ESXi 5.1
I connect a compellent disk storage trough FC connection and I created a zpool on that.
During write we got error:
incomplete write- retrying giving up

In read we don't have problem.
did someone experienced of this issue ?
