Errors During RMAN Backup-RAC

I'm Getting ORA-01090: shutdown in progress during RMAN backups,this is a RAC primary databasewhich  has a physical standby (standalone) managed by DG broker running in MaxAvailability mode.

The archivelogs are mulitplexed , configured to go to shared storage FRA called as "MVMXP1_REC" and also to local filesystems(local archiving) called as /oramig1(node1) and /oramig2(node2).


RMAN uses a dedicated service configured to take backups from specific node as prefered node ,and would be serviced by other node in case of node 1 going down(available).

The backups are failing everyday due to one or the other reason.
