Create Alert on update of some fields of the Table

Hi ,

I have to create an Alert(12.1.1) on update of some fields on the table.I can not create an Event based Alert as this is for update of all the fields. Now how will I create the alert on update of some fields?Alert has to be created on Sales order line table when soem of the fields being updated.
