Pricing and availability "Item Availability"

 Hi,

We have pricing and availability, once you query an item and click on "Item Availability" tab it is not displaying the onhand of other orgs. I know this will be displayed if the ATP is enabled, but we are not going to enable ATP (Its to complex for this business model and will mess up our orders). Is there a way without enabling ATP to display the onhand of other orgs without using CTRL+F11?
