Ability to enter different serial number in service request tab CC form or SR form
Is there functionality available to enter a SN for customer which is different from Install base owner in service request tab in Contact centre or in the SR form
Below is the scenario:
Manufacturer(client) sells product to distributor. In the initial sales order shipment install base record register the distributor as the owner in Install base. Then distributor sells it to end customer. Install base record updates the with the new owner
There is a third party service provider which does the installation for the end customer. Service request will be created for the third party service for the serial number record for billing.
