Configuration Manager and Agile attribute changes

 I have looked at Configuration Manager documentation and haven't found the answer I'm looking for. 
If I implement a change to the configuration I have in production - say I've changed a page three attribute from 50 to 100 characters, added a new page three attribute, or added new entries into a list of values - will Configuration Manager be able to show that to me (via a compare with a previous version or something similar)?

From what I've gathered, it doesn't look like it would.
