Templates created by a terminated employee

The situation is when we open a Web ADI Forecast template containing macros to a terminated user, the Oracle Add-In does not display. A message appears as follows:

Cannot run the macro "name of spreadsheet'! LINEShowRegions. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.

This is Microsoft Office 2010 and did check to make sure the macros were enabled. I think it is linking the old users profile to the linked worksheets or macros. Anyone have

a solution other than recreating the worksheet / template from scratch. How can this be avoided in the future?
