Patching on multinode with shared APPL_TOP

Hi
Apps 11.5.10.2

Have shared APPL_TOP on multinodes ORACLE 11.5.10 CU2.
Host 1 has db and CM. Host 2 has form & report and web. 
Do they have to apply patches on host 1 and 2?
Or just need to apply patch on host 1 and then run autoconfig on both hosts?
