Affordable Care Act on 2012 W-2

Q: What information is needed to fulfill the reporting requirements for the Affordable Care Act on the 2012 W-2?

A: There is not a recommended set up since every company and/or business set up is different.  However, history will need to be in PDBAs by Payroll Month (F06146) and the DBA(s) will need to be special handled to go to the appropriate box on the W-2.  Refer to Document 1266928.1 for additional information.
