How to create an EM user so that it can only monitor the database resources

Hello everyoneI was wondering if there is a way to create an EM Manager user so that it can only se the resources tab from a Data Base

I have already configured a em user to only be able to se the database but i don't know how to secure the other database's tabs except the resources.

Any help with this will be appreciated
