PN:How can I prevent rebates on early lease terminations?

When a lease is terminated in the middle of the month, all billings are pro-rated and credits issued to Receivables. These credits are not reflected in the billings tab. (refer to Word document to be attached for screen shots).

Is there a way to turn OFF the rebate process? I could not find anything in the documentation but it is not our business practice to rebate partial months rent, CAM, etc when a lease is termminated early.

The result is we have to reverse the credits in Receivables and in Property Manager so our GL stays in balance and the tenant's account is properly reflected.
