Upgrade EMGC 10.2.0.5.0 on 10.2.0.4.0 Repository DB using 2-System Upg Proccess

We are planning Upgrade to EMCC 12c from EMGC 10gR5...

EMGC are currently running on Repository DB 10.2.0.4 in same host 1, we would like to upgrade to new host EMCC 12c and Repository DB 11.2.0.3 also sharing same host. Any comment about this will be appreciated!?
