Server crash while" creating an upgrade filesystem" R12.1.1 on OEL5 32bit

Hi everybody,

I have a problem while trying to "create upgrade filesystem" R12.1.1.
Aim is upgrade from 11i to R12.1.3 on OEL5 (32bit apps and 64bit db two nodes)
When i started rapidwiz (12.1.1.13 latest version) and trying to create upgrade filesystem server hangs (after all rapidwiz questions when installation begins) and cannot response anymore
it seems that two or more java processes consumes high CPU like over %999. And the cannot touch the server had to reboot by hand.
