Create Intercompany AR Invoice query

 I am trying to make the dropship flow work. however whenever i run the programCreate Intercompany AR Invoice program, it is not generating any output, i mean it is not selecting any records for processing.
I figured that it is a spawned program, so I cant look at the query. 
can some one tell me what is the core underlying query so I know where it is going wrong.
