How to upgrade SSH version

Hi Friends
below is my SSH version output

# ssh -V
Sun_SSH_1.1, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL 0x0090704f

some of our security experts requested me to upgrade ssh version to latest (at least 1.1.3).

How can i upgrade this, please suggest appropriate path number to perform this
