Optimize JDE application for minimum number of clicks

I converted an application built in MS Access to JDE 8.12.
It an application used for daily transactions, so I need to minimize the number of clicks.
1. Can I send a report directly to a printer, instead of PDF ?
2. Can I customize Media Object attachment to show 'Choose file' dialog box. Now I do like
Attachment [Click] --> File [Click] --> 'Select Local File' [Click] --> Browse [Click] --> Choose file [Click]
See, what will happen if an end user do the same for 50 times. Surely, he/she will run away.
So how can I minimize the number of clicks ?
